Fitglow Beauty Bio Berry Skin Detox - Review

First, let’s talk about that Bio Berry Scrub. This is a juicy scrub that takes tired and dull skin and magically turns it into smooth, radiant skin. It’s made with organic hibiscus, bamboo and raspberry fibres which draw out toxins, deliver antioxidants and gently exfoliate all at the same time. It’s also made with aloe vera juice which deeply hydrates the skin, leaving it plump and balanced.

To use the scrub, they recommend applying it and leaving it on the skin for a few minutes. Then, moisten your hands and gently scrub to take it off.

This looks like an intensive scrub, but it’s actually quite gentle. The texture is kind of bouncy, and once you add water, it’s incredibly soft feeling. This scrub leaves my skin feeling nourished and soft. It’s not too abrasive for me, but those with extremely sensitive skin may have trouble with it.

The next step is the Bio Detox Mask, which is a plant-powered mask that deeply detoxifies skin and fights free radical damage with an antioxidant blend of organic cranberry, blueberry and green tea. It’s also made with botanical hyaluronic acid which increases intercellular moisture, while tamanu and sea buckthorn oil smooth lines and uneven skin.

You apply this mask like any other: apply to the face and neck, and leave on for 15-30 minutes. When the time is up, remove with a damp cloth or warm water.

This mask spread easily, and I really liked it’s calming scent. Some parts were almost completely absorbed by my skin – and by that I mean that, in some parts, the mask went from being white to being clear.

This combination made my skin look so radiant and it felt so smooth. I can’t remember the last time my skin was this soft! I want to keep touching it but I know I really shouldn’t since that’s just a recipe for spots.

I’m so happy I have this in my arsenal for times when my skin looks tired and dull.
